プライバシーポリシー

何を端末に残し、どの機能で何を送るのか。HITUKIプランナーのデータ取扱いを具体的にご案内します。

基本方針と管理者

Daisuke Tamura（以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「HITUKIプランナー」（以下「本アプリ」）で扱う情報を必要最小限にし、利用目的を明確にして、安全に取り扱います。

本アプリには利用者アカウント、広告、広告目的の追跡、連絡先の取得はありません。主な予定・記録データは利用者の端末内に保存され、運営者のサーバーへ同期されません。

端末内に保存する情報

本アプリは、利用者が入力した予定、記録、心に留めたいこと、メモ、テーマ、写真、音声入力の認識原文、通知と繰り返しの設定、表示設定、固定した天気地域、Plus機能の表示状態等を端末内に保存します。

これらはアプリ機能の提供、編集、検索、ウィジェット表示、通知の予約、既存データの安全な移行のために使います。現在、HITUKIプランナーはCloudKitによる同期を行いません。ホーム画面／ロック画面ウィジェットとは、表示に必要な最小限の予定情報とPlus可用性だけをApp Groupで共有し、写真、詳細メモ、音声原文、位置、天気、AI情報は共有しません。

音声認識とAI整理で送信する情報

音声入力を初めて使う時に、送信内容を画面で説明し、利用者の同意を得ます。同意しなくても、キーボード入力や他の機能を利用できます。

  • 音声はAppleの音声認識機能で文字へ変換されます。本アプリは音声ファイルを永続保存しません。
  • 認識された1件分の文字、入力種類、基準日、言語、カレンダー、タイムゾーン、リクエストIDを、暗号化通信でHITUKIプランナーの中継サーバーへ送ります。
  • 中継サーバーは、文章整理のためその内容をGoogle CloudのVertex AI（Gemini）へ送ります。
  • 写真、他の項目、テーマ一覧、過去の記録、位置情報、天気情報はAIへ送りません。
  • 中継サーバーは文字本文を利用履歴や構造化ログへ保存せず、リクエストID、種類、成否、処理時間等の本文を含まない運用メタデータだけを記録します。

Google Cloudは、利用者または運営者の許可や指示なく、Vertex AIへ送信されたデータをAIモデルの学習または微調整に使用しないと説明しています。ただし、不正利用の検知等のため、Google Cloudの規約に従って限定的に処理・保持される場合があります。

匿名の利用識別子と利用回数

音声AIの利用上限を適用し、不正利用を防ぐため、本アプリはランダムなインストール識別子を生成します。氏名、メールアドレス、Apple Accountとは結び付けません。中継サーバーでは、この識別子に紐づく日付、機能名、利用回数を保存します。

日次利用回数は原則として記録日から40日以内に削除します。サービス保護のための一時的なIPアドレス処理や運用ログは、Cloudflareその他の委託先の保持設定に従い、必要な期間を超えて保持しないよう管理します。

購入情報

HITUKI Plusの購入、復元、契約状態の確認にはAppleのStoreKitとRevenueCatを利用します。AppleとRevenueCatは、商品、取引、試用、更新、返金、取消、権利状態、RevenueCatが生成する匿名App User ID等を処理します。

運営者はクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、Apple Accountのパスワードを取得しません。購入情報は、購入機能の提供、権利判定、復元、問い合わせ対応、不正防止、法令上の義務のために利用され、AppleおよびRevenueCatの方針と法令に従って保持されます。

位置情報と天気

天気地域を現在地から設定する場合に限り、利用者の許可を得て、アプリ使用中の位置情報を一度取得します。現在地は固定する都道府県・市区町村を選ぶために使い、継続的な追跡はしません。利用者は位置情報を使わず、地域名の検索で設定することもできます。

予報を取得する時は、固定地域の座標をApple Weatherへ送信します。Appleは、予報提供のために送られた位置を利用者の本人情報と関連付けず、リクエスト間の追跡に使用しないと説明しています。運営者のサーバーは位置や天気を受信しません。

通知、写真、診断・広告

通知は端末上で予約され、通知本文や時刻を運営者のサーバーへ送信しません。写真は端末内のアプリ領域に保存され、AI、中継サーバー、RevenueCatへ送信しません。

本アプリは第三者広告SDK、広告識別子による追跡、行動広告、連絡先の取得を行いません。独自の行動分析サービスも現在利用していません。AppleがOSおよびApp Storeの運営上取得する診断・利用情報は、Appleの設定とプライバシーポリシーに従います。

利用目的

  • 本アプリの保存、表示、検索、通知、天気、ウィジェット、購入、復元、音声AI等の機能を提供するため
  • 利用上限の適用、不正利用の防止、安全性と安定性の維持、障害調査のため
  • 利用者からの問い合わせ、購入やデータ削除の依頼へ対応するため
  • 法令、Appleの審査・契約要件、権利保護に対応するため

外部サービスと国外での取扱い

本アプリは、機能提供に必要な範囲で次のサービスを利用します。各社は国外を含む拠点でデータを処理する場合があります。運営者は、各社の契約、プライバシー方針、安全管理措置を確認し、必要な範囲に限ってデータを取り扱います。

  • Apple：App Store、StoreKit、音声認識、位置情報、WeatherKit、通知、OS機能（プライバシーポリシー）
  • RevenueCat：購入・サブスクリプション権利管理（Privacy Policy）
  • Cloudflare：HITUKIプランナー中継サーバー、暗号化通信、利用回数管理（Privacy Policy）
  • Google Cloud：Vertex AIによる文字整理（Cloud Privacy Notice）

これらの委託先にも、本ポリシーおよび適用法令と同等以上の保護を求めます。

保存期間と削除

  • 端末内データ：利用者が項目を削除するか、本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。端末バックアップに残る場合はAppleのバックアップ設定に従います。
  • 音声ファイル：本アプリは永続保存しません。
  • AIへ送る文字：中継サーバーは本文として保存しません。Google Cloudでの限定的な保持は同社の契約・方針に従います。
  • 匿名の日次利用回数：原則40日以内に削除します。
  • 購入履歴：購入権利の提供、復元、返金・紛争対応、法令上の義務に必要な期間、AppleおよびRevenueCatの方針に従って保持されます。

アカウントを作成しないため、運営者は通常、端末内データから利用者個人を特定できません。サーバー上の関連情報の確認・削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へ連絡してください。本人・対象情報を確認するため、必要最小限の情報をお願いする場合があります。法令または不正防止上保持が必要な情報は、直ちに削除できないことがあります。

利用者の選択と同意の撤回

  • 音声AI：音声入力を使わないことで送信を停止できます。iOSの設定でマイクと音声認識の許可を取り消すこともできます。
  • 位置情報：iOSの設定からいつでも許可を取り消せます。地域検索による固定設定は引き続き利用できます。
  • 天気表示：本アプリの設定でオフにできます。
  • 通知：iOSの設定または本アプリ内の項目設定で停止できます。
  • 端末内データ：個別の削除操作または本アプリの削除で削除できます。
  • 購入：サブスクリプションはiOSの設定から解約できます。解約しても契約期間中はPlusを利用できます。

安全管理

運営者は、HTTPSによる暗号化通信、送信データの最小化、秘密鍵をアプリへ含めない構成、本文を含まないサーバーログ、アクセス制限、利用上限、第三者サービスの安全性確認等、情報の漏えい、滅失、改ざん、不正アクセスを防ぐための合理的な措置を講じます。

子どもの利用

本アプリは子どもを対象として個人情報を意図的に収集するサービスではありません。法令上、保護者の同意が必要な年齢の利用者は、保護者と一緒に本ポリシーと音声AIの説明を確認してください。

ポリシーの変更

機能、法令、外部サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページまたは本アプリ内で案内します。冒頭の最終更新日で最新版を確認できます。

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what stays on your device, what specific features transmit, and how HITUKI Planner handles data.

Principles and controller

Daisuke Tamura (the “Operator”) minimizes the information processed by the HITUKI Planner iOS application and handles it securely for stated purposes.

HITUKI Planner has no user accounts, advertising, ad tracking, or contacts access. Your main planner data stays on your device and is not synchronized to the Operator’s server.

Information stored on your device

HITUKI Planner stores plans, records, notes, themes, photos, original speech transcripts, notification and recurrence settings, display preferences, a selected weather region, and Plus display state on your device.

This data supports editing, search, widgets, notifications, and safe data migrations. HITUKI Planner currently does not use CloudKit sync. The widget App Group receives only the minimum plan data and Plus availability needed for display; it does not receive photos, detailed notes, transcripts, location, weather, or AI metadata.

Speech recognition and AI processing

Before first use, HITUKI Planner explains this processing and asks for your consent. You may continue using keyboard input and other features without consenting.

  • Apple speech recognition converts audio to text. HITUKI Planner does not persist the audio file.
  • HITUKI Planner sends the text for one entry, entry type, reference date, language, calendar, time zone, and a request ID over encrypted connections to its relay service.
  • The relay sends the content to Vertex AI (Gemini) on Google Cloud to organize the text.
  • Photos, other entries, themes, history, location, and weather are not sent to the AI.
  • The relay does not store transcript content in usage records or structured logs. It logs non-content operational metadata such as request ID, type, outcome, and latency.

Google Cloud states that it does not use Vertex AI customer data to train or fine-tune models without permission or instruction. Limited processing or retention may occur for abuse monitoring under Google Cloud’s terms.

Anonymous installation ID and usage counts

HITUKI Planner creates a random installation identifier to apply AI limits and prevent abuse. It is not tied to your name, email, or Apple Account. The relay stores the date, feature, and usage count associated with this identifier.

Daily usage counts are generally deleted within 40 days. Temporary IP processing and operational logs used to protect the service follow Cloudflare and other processor retention settings and are managed so they are not kept longer than necessary.

Purchase information

HITUKI Planner uses Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat for purchases, restoration, and entitlement checks. Apple and RevenueCat process product, transaction, trial, renewal, refund, cancellation, entitlement state, and a RevenueCat-generated anonymous App User ID.

The Operator does not receive payment-card numbers, bank account numbers, or Apple Account passwords. Purchase information is used to provide and restore entitlements, support users, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, and is retained under Apple’s and RevenueCat’s policies and applicable law.

Location and weather

If you choose to set weather from your current location, HITUKI Planner requests while-in-use location permission and accesses location once to select a fixed region. It does not continuously track you. You can search for a region without sharing current location.

HITUKI Planner sends the selected region’s coordinates to Apple Weather for forecasts. Apple states that forecast locations are not associated with your identity and are not tracked between requests. The Operator’s server does not receive location or weather data.

Notifications, photos, diagnostics, and ads

Notifications are scheduled on your device. Their text and timing are not sent to the Operator. Photos remain in the app’s device storage and are not sent to AI, the relay, or RevenueCat.

HITUKI Planner does not use third-party ad SDKs, advertising identifiers, behavioral advertising, contacts access, or an independent behavioral analytics service. Diagnostic and usage information Apple collects for iOS and the App Store is governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy.

Purposes

  • Provide saving, display, search, notifications, weather, widgets, purchases, restoration, and voice AI.
  • Apply usage limits, prevent abuse, maintain security and stability, and investigate failures.
  • Respond to support, purchase, and deletion requests.
  • Comply with law, Apple review and contractual requirements, and protect rights.

Service providers and international processing

HITUKI Planner uses the following providers only as necessary. They may process data in countries outside Japan. The Operator reviews their contracts, privacy terms, and safeguards and limits processing to what is needed.

  • Apple: App Store, StoreKit, speech recognition, location, WeatherKit, notifications, and OS services (Privacy Policy).
  • RevenueCat: purchase and entitlement management (Privacy Policy).
  • Cloudflare: relay hosting, encrypted traffic, and usage-count storage (Privacy Policy).
  • Google Cloud: Vertex AI text organization (Cloud Privacy Notice).

The Operator requires processors to provide protections consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

  • On-device data: retained until you delete an item or uninstall HITUKI Planner, subject to Apple device-backup settings.
  • Audio files: not persistently stored by HITUKI Planner.
  • AI text: not stored as content by the relay. Limited Google Cloud retention is governed by its terms.
  • Anonymous daily usage counts: generally deleted within 40 days.
  • Purchase records: retained as needed for entitlement, restoration, refunds, disputes, and legal obligations under Apple and RevenueCat policies.

Your choices and withdrawal

  • Voice AI: stop using voice input, or revoke microphone and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
  • Location: revoke permission in iOS Settings; region search remains available.
  • Weather: turn weather display off in HITUKI Planner Settings.
  • Notifications: disable them in iOS Settings or relevant item settings.
  • On-device data: delete individual items or uninstall HITUKI Planner.
  • Purchases: cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings; Plus remains available until the paid period ends.

Security

The Operator uses reasonable safeguards including HTTPS, data minimization, keeping secret keys out of the app, content-free structured server logs, access controls, usage limits, and review of service-provider safeguards.

Children

HITUKI Planner is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. If applicable law requires parental consent, review this Policy and the voice AI disclosure with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated as features, laws, or service providers change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app. The date above identifies the latest version.
